What's included in the FREE plan?

The FREE plan includes 15 receipts per month, 18-month data retention, unlimited team members, receipt upload & storage, CSV/XLSX import, basic search & filters, PDF/CSV exports, GST/HST/ITC tracking, mobile access, and 1 email forwarding address (forward receipts to receipts@mapleexpense.com and our AI automatically processes them). Perfect for getting started with no credit card required.

What happens if I exceed my receipt limit?

You'll receive a notification when you're close to your limit. We provide a 5-receipt grace period. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time to continue uploading.

How does data retention work?

FREE plan: 18 months. Paid plans: Choose 2, 3, 5, 7, or 10 years. Need longer? Archive extensions available. Your data is safely stored in Canadian data centres.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! Upgrade anytime for immediate access to higher limits. Downgrade at end of billing cycle. Annual plans can be changed at renewal.

Is there a limit on team members?

No! All plans include unlimited team members. Invite your accountant, bookkeeper, and staff at no extra charge.

What is AI Reconciliation?
